Leaks!
I have had "incidents" whereby the pad holds no longer than two uses and the longer I wear it, it becomes heavy and starts leaking. I was walking about without knowing large, wet stains on my behind. Embarrassing!

Leaks after 1 flow.
Never wear for long periods.
Had embarrassing leaks because of it, but luckily was in a hospital bed.

I swear by these pads. Far more absorbent than other name brands. Price is also better.

Not so suitable for Men
Unfortunately, for men, the lack of a ‘pouch’ presents some challenge in making sure there is adequate coverage for protection. More suitable for women. However, excellent absorption.
