How to use
Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions for use:3 teaspoons daily. Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 2 to 3 times daily with water. For best results, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) prior to workout and another serving following your workout, and then take your last serving prior to bedtime.Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
