Clicks shake for super health
I am a nutritionist, and i use this mixed with 1 small packet maccains 250g country crop..1/4 teespoon pink Himalayan salt. And full cream milk 350ml to 400ml. You can add a small banana. This is for super health or weight loss. Or muscle repair. It works and works super. Fast

The instructions say take 53 g, which is apparently 3 scoops, but the scoop in the container is 50ml.
