How to use

Usage instructions:
Dosage: Adults: 1-2 tablets daily with meals.

Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C.

Warnings:
Do not exceed recommended dosage, discontinue use if adverse reaction occurs. In some cases the empty matrix core will remain intact and be visible in the stool, however the magnesium chloride will have diffused from the tablet.
