Directions for use: 1. Runner's knee: fasten the strap below the knee cap. Position the pressure pad onto the area with the most discomfort. 2. ITB: apply the strap above the knee. Position the pressure pad over the iliotibial band (ITB) as shown. Care instructions: Hand wash with mild soap in warm water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not bleach, dry clean or tumble dry.
I had my doubts about this strap in the beginning, but it really works. I have a knee injury on the side of my knee, running was painful, I couldn't go 2km without feeling the pain. But after I started using the strap I am now able to go around 5km without pain. Will see if it will work for 10km as well, but for now I dont't wanna overwork the knee. At first it feels uncomfortable for the first km or so, but then you get used to it.
