Taken as directed on the package insert, Proanthocyadin Capsules seem to help reduce joint pain and increase mobility.

Proantho-cyanidin
Excellent results.. its only 3days using the proanthocyanidin but my appetite is back - I can now have my 3meals per day as its supposed to be rather than having zero meal before. I am soo happy . I hope it say like this.
