How to use
Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions: Mix 1 scoop (8g) with 500 ml of water in a shaker or glass. Shake well and consume during exercise on training days, or throughout the day on non-training days. Can be consumed before training, during training and after training.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C, in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
