How to use
Usage instructions:
Directions for use - hot application:
For temporary pain relief of aching muscles and joints, nagging back pain or menstrual damps.
Hot water:
1) Immerse reusable pack in hot water, wait for/minutes (10 minutes if frozen).
2) Remove from hot water, wrap in thin cloth prior to use.
3) Apply to affected area.
Microwave:
1) Place pack into centre of microwave. Heat on 750w - 900w power.
2) Check that the right temperature has been achieved.
3) Apply to affected area.
Directions for use - cold application:
To help reduce swelling after an injury, cool down a temperature.
1) Store in freezer for 2 hours before use.
2) Remove pack from freezer, wrap in a thin cloth.
3) Apply to affected area.
4) Apply compress/bandage to secure if required.
5) Return to freezer after use.
Storage instructions:
Care instructions.
Store out of direct sunlight.
Warnings:
Do not apply pack direct from freezer onto naked skin.
Wrap in cloth before applying.
Do not apply pack for longer than 20 minutes.
