How to use
Usage instructions:
Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, 2 times daily. Children 6 years and under should have adult supervision and use only a pea sized amount to minimize swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor. Do not swallow. Spit and rinse thoroughly after brushing.

This is my favourite toothpaste at the moment, people compliment my teeth a lot, using it twice a day gives the best results

Very nice to use, it would be sufficient to brush once a day when using this toothpaste.

Keeps teeth clean
This colgate lasts better than most colgate toothpaste. It's worth the price. I switched from sensodyne to this one. doesn't make teeth sensitive, not sweet. pleasant throughout the day. Not sure about white teeth though
