Usage instructions:
Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, 2 times daily. Spit and rinse thoroughly after brushing.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool dry place away from direct heat or sunlight.

Colgate optic white toothpaste
This is my favourite toothpaste at the moment, people compliment my teeth a lot, using it twice a day gives the best results

I like this toothpaste as it is not harsh, keeps my breath fresh and has an added effect of making teeth back to its original colour form.

Very nice to use, it would be sufficient to brush once a day when using this toothpaste.

Keeps teeth clean
This colgate lasts better than most colgate toothpaste. It's worth the price. I switched from sensodyne to this one. doesn't make teeth sensitive, not sweet. pleasant throughout the day. Not sure about white teeth though
