Government advice: all infants and young children aged 6 months to 5 years and all pregnant women and breastfeeding women should take a supplement containing vitamin D.

Pregnant and breast feeding mums: 5 drops (10 µg/400IU vitamin D3) every day.
Colief® vitamin D3 drops do not need to be refrigerated.
Storage instructions:
Storage: store in a cool dry place.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not suitable for infants under 1 month of age unless under medical supervision or recommendation or for infants consuming 500ml or more of formula milks per day. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
