Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1-3 softgel capsules daily with or after meals. Maximum dose of 3 capsules per day should not be exceeded without consulting a healthcare provider. Take at the same time each day, as part of a routine. Take with or after meals. With water: Take capsules with enough water to swallow comfortably.
