Usage instructions:
Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 to 2 capsules per day with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended maximum dose of 2 capsules per day. Not recommended for children younger than 12 years. Take once or twice a day at your convenience and as needed. Can be taken with or without food. With water: Ensure sufficient fluid intake when taking (100ml).
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25°C. Keep in outer container until required for use. Protect from light and moisture.
