Composition: Each tablet contains: Sodium as sodium phosphate and carbonate - 207mg. Calcium as calcium carbonate - 200mg. Magnesium as magnesium sulphate - 100mg. Phosphate as sodium phosphate - 51mg. Potassium as potassium phosphate - 27mg. L-aspartic acid - 40mg. L-glutamine - 50mg. L-carnitine tartrate - 200mg. Vitamin B6 - 12mg. Vitamin D3 - 200 IU. Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions for use: Non-specific daytime cramps: Take one effervescent tablet after breakfast, dissolve tablet in 250 ml water and drink once effervescence has stopped. Non-specific night time cramps: Take one effervescent tablet after dinner, dissolve tablet in 250 ml water and drink once effervescence has stopped.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C, in a dry place. Keep lid tightly closed when in use. Do not store the medicine in the bathroom.
