Usage instructions:
For Arthritis: Apply to affected area. Massage gently until absorbed into the skin. Repeat three or four times a day. For Sore Muscles: Massage in before exercise to warm up and after exercise to relieve muscle soreness or stiffness.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 30°C.
Warnings:
Hypersensitivity to aspirin or any of the ingredients. Patients with diabetes or impaired circulation should only use this product on advice of a doctor. Do not apply to wounds or to damaged or very sensitive skin. Do not wrap, bandage or apply external heat or hot water. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Not to be used on children under 5 years of age. Use only as directed. Wash hands thoroughly after use. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Discontinue use if excessive irritation occurs. Side effects similar to that of aspirin can occur. Menthol may give rise to hypersensitivity, including contact dermatitis

Deep Heat
This product is expensive but is a great help when you had a strenuous exercise or your muscles are really stiff. This product has a cooling effect when you apply it. It is nice and cold when you apply it and works in a day or two. This product helps with all pains being it lower back pains or muscles spasm its a great help.
