Usage instructions:
Directions: Open pouch to activate the warming pad. Remove protective film. Apply pad directly to the area of discomfort, adhesive side towards clothing for delicate or aging skin. For best contact apply to dry, flat area, free of moisture, oils or lotions. To remove - slowly peel off the pad. Pad will not re-stick well once removed.

Store in the dry place.

Important: read information below before use. Apply pad to clothing. Do not use: If you are diabetic. With sustained pressure against patch. If allergic to adhesive. To reduce the risk of burns or blisters, attach the adhesive side of the pad onto your clothing over the area of discomfort. As with any heat product, this pad has the potential to cause skin irritation or burns, particularly to the sensitive skin of the elderly. Do not use for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period on the same area. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity or irritation occurs, or if pad gets uncomfortably hot. Keep out of reach of children and pets. For external use only. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center. If contents come in contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Apply pad to clothing. Do not stick adhesive side directly onto the skin. Product is air-activated. Do not open until ready to use. Do not use: While sleeping. If you are diabetic. On the face or mucous membranes. On wounds or broken skin. On areas of bruising or swelling. On areas of the body where heat cannot be felt. On infants or children. With electric heating devices or other heat sources. With sustained pressure against patch. If allergic to adhesives. If warm patch has holes, broken or any leaking of the patch. Caution: Consult a doctor before use if you have poor circulation nerve damage, a skin condition or are pregnant. Supervision required when being used by persons unable to apply/remove the product on their own, especially when being used by elderly, handicapped or disabled persons. Handling: Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat.
