Adults and children over 12 years:
One tablet daily dissolved in half to a full glass of cold water.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Store in the original container and keep lid of polypropylene container tightly closed when not in use.
