Usage instructions:
Powder - add water. Instructions for use: for a standard serving of 230 ml, pour 187 ml of room temperature water into a glass, gradually add 6 levels coops (a scoop is included in the tin) or 60.6 g of Ensure® Gold powder while stirring and mix until dissolved. One tin containing 850 g yields approximately six 230 ml servings.

Ensure Plant Based - Almond
I am loving the products taste. I am a vegan and lactose intolerant and this product is safe for me. The taste is delicious and its nutty and has the taste of a wafer. I am interested to know how many calories are there in 6 scoops of this product .
