40g of Futurelife® crunch + 125 ml milk.
Smoothie recipe:
Crunchy choc-banana shake:
+ 40g of Futurelife® crunch chocolate + 1/2 cup skimmed milk.
+ 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt.
+ 1 handful of ice cubes.
+ 1 banana, peeled and chopped.
+ 1 tsp honey.
+ 1 tsp vanilla essence blend until smooth.

Excellent product at a good price
I like the idea that Clicks sells the Future life range seeing that they are a health store. Now I don't have to run from one shop to the next grocery store for my porridge. What i also love is that they are much cheaper than a certain retailer I know.
