Usage instructions:
Take one capsule daily before sun exposure. In case of prolonged exposure, take a second capsule approximately 4 hours later. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily consumption. During exposure to the sun, it is important to use adequate topical photoprotection.
How to use:
Take one capsule daily 30 minutes before exposure to sun. If you are outdoors for longer than 4 hours, take another capsule. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. These capsules do not replace your daily sunscreen and should be used together with your high factor sunscreen for optimum sun protection. Wear additional protective clothing if you are outdoors for prolonged periods.

Store in a cool, dry place.
