Dosage and directions for use:
Take one to two capsules with water daily. Unless otherwise prescribed, do not exceed the recommended dose.

Side effects:
Ginseng in large doses may cause diarrhoea, skin eruptions, sleeplessness, nervousness, hypertension, euphoria, oedema, oestrogenic effects, and rarely Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
Ginkgo Biloba in large doses may cause headaches, dizziness, palpitations, gastro-intestinal disturbances, bleeding disorders and skin hypersensitivity reactions. Glycyrrhizae in large doses may cause sodium and water retention, and hypokalaemia.
Curcuma may cause increased photo-sensitivity especially if fair skinned.
Known symptoms of over dosage and particulars of its treatment:
None known. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive.

What a waste of money, I used the pills but still no change in my sex life. I will never recommend to other men.
