Usage instructions:
Adult dose: one capsule morning and evening for two days, thereafter one capsule daily after supper.

Storage instructions:
Protect from moisture. Store below 25 degrees C.

Warnings:
6. Contra-indications: Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. In persons with uncontrolled high blood pressure (see "Warnings)". Contraindicated in persons with known gastric and duodenal ulcers. Contraindicated in persons with known yeast allergies. Hypertension - products containing ginseng are not recommended for persons with uncontrolled high blood pressure (in excess of 180/90 Hg). Infants and small children are excluded from self-medication in any case. Severity of crohn's disease can be increased by dietary intake of brewer's yeast. Simultaneous intake of yeast and MAO inhibitors can cause increase in blood pressure. St John's wort should be avoided in patients taking MAOIs or within 14 days of MAOI discontinuation. 8. Interactions: Avena sativa: No interactions known. Brewers yeast: Antimycotic drugs - these drugs can decrease yeast activity. MAOIs - concomitant use can cause increase in blood pressure. Saw palmetto: Anti-coagulant and anti-platelet agents - concomitant use may increase the risk of bleeding. Oral contraceptives - concomitant use can interfere with oral contraceptives. Estrogens - may have antiestrogenic effect. Vitamin E: Anti-coagulant/antiplatelet drugs - may increase risk of bleeding with concomitant use. Use during chemotherapy - on advice of oncologist. Muira puama: No interactions known. Siberian ginseng: Alcohol - may increase sedative effects of alcohol if used concomitantly. Anti-coagulant/antiplatelet drugs - may increase risk of bleeding with concomitant use. Anti-diabetes drugs - possible hypoglycaemic activity, so monitor blood glucose levels closely. CNS depressants - may cause additive sedative side effects. Cytochrome P450 substrates - evidence may suggest the activity of these may be inhibited. Kola nut: Concomitant use of the following drugs may increase the activity or adverse effects: Acetaminophen, alcohol, amphetamines, anti-diabetes drugs, asprin, beta-adrenergic agonists, cimetidine, clozapine, CNS stimulants, disulfiram, ephedrine, ergotamine, lithium, mexiletine, MAOIs, oral contraceptives, phenylpropanolamine, quinolones, riluzole, terbinafine, theophylline, verapamil. Keep out of reach of children. New statutory requirement: This medicine has not been evaluated by the Medicines Control Council.
