How to use
Usage instructions:
Instructions:
1. Take twice daily. Early morning & late afternoon/evening.
2. Ingest at-least 1 hour before/after meals/medicine.
3. Add 2-3 heaped table spoons to water/juice end drink quickly before mixture thickens. Drink 2 glasses of water immediately afterwards. Children should take half dose. If mixture thickens too quickly, continue to add water till fully ingested. Drink 2 glasses of water immediately afterwards.
4. Does not cause diarrhea. You can go to work and follow your normal routine.
5. As poisons and waste leave your body you may have temporary detox reactions such as: bloating, minor rashes, headaches. These reactions can be minimised by drinking at least 2 to 3 litres of water daily.
6. First timers to intestinal cleansing may have to do 1 month to 1 year of daily cleansing to rid their body of old toxic mucoidal waste. When no more mucus comes out you can maintain the good health you have reclaimed by doing a few days of cleansing per month.
