Paper Filters needed
We like the look of the machine but are disappointed to see that we have to use paper filters in the filter cone as well. Unfortunately due to this, we have to take it back for a refund.

Disappointing
I actually really like this coffee machine BUT the machine only keeps the coffee warm for 40 minutes and it doesn't say that in the product description. We usually made one pot of coffee and it lasted us for hours with our old machine, and now getting through 12 cups of coffee before the coffee is cold is impossible. I wish I knew that before buying the machine, I wouldnt have bought it.
