Knobs melt off
I bought this heater last year for winter and it only lasted for about a month. If you put it on maximum heat settings, the knob will melt/ fall off. The sides get extremely hot and ends up overheating so it becomes difficult to change the heat settings after it melts off. It worked perfectly well the first couple of weeks, not in the long run though.
