Ingredients:
12 Chicken wings.
1/2 tbsp. Baking powder.
1 tsp. Ground black pepper.
1/2tsp. Sea salt.
1 tsp. Garlic powder.
1/4 tsp. Onion powder.
1/4 tsp. Paprika.
Thai sweet chili sauce:
1 tbsp. Soy sauce.
1/2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce.
3 1/2 tbsp. Sweet chili sauce.
1/2 tbsp. Rice wine vinegar.
1/2 tbsp. Sesame oil.
2 Cloves garlic minced.
1/2 tsp. Ground ginger.
1/4 tsp. Sea salt.
1/2 tbsp. Lime juice.
1/4 Cup water.
Sriracha ranch dip:
1/3 Cup mayonnaise.
1 tbsp. Sriracha sauce.
1 /4 tsp. Cayenne pepper.
Optional garnish:
Sesame seeds.
Lime juice.
Sliced green onion.
Chopped coriander.
Directions:
Preheat: 3 minutes/200 degrees C.
Set temperature: 200 degrees C.
Set timer: 20 minutes.
Turn: yes, after 10 minutes.

This Airfryer is ideal for a single person and I'm very pleased with the various functions.
I find that the electric cord is very short and if the socket outlet is not near enough one needs to use an extension cord.

Kambrook Smartlife Mechanical Air fryer
I'm so happy about my purchase, it's my favorite appliance in the kitchen ever since I got it in Dec 2021. I use it every chance I get for quick and easy meal prep- chips, chicken, chops, fish and muffins! I try not to cook directly on the tray though, from fear of rust and peeling over time as seen in reviews from the sister airfryer. Instead I place food on oven safe dishes and it seems to work well so far.

Faulty on arrival
When unboxing and tested the unit , the fan didn’t turn on at all. There were no reviews on this products when I purchased it .Don’t purchase as a gift to save embarrassment.
