1. Apply to towel-dried hair before blow drying.
2. Use 5-7 sprays from roots to ends, making sure you apply as evenly as possible.
3. Flip hair upside down while blow drying for extra lift at the root.
4. Once hair is completely dry, style with hot tools as desired.

Kristen Ess Thickening spray
Not nice. It makes your hair extremely sticky and grassy, as well as the mousse. I will not buy again it or recommend it.

Perfect for fine flat hair!
Finally a thickening spray that actually works ! I struggle with long fine flat hair and this is a game changer ! Will definitely be going be back for more !
