Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions for use:
Adults:
15 to 30 drops (1.0 to 2.0 ml) three or four times daily in water, wine or milk.
Children: 10 to 15 drops (0.5 to 1.0 ml) three or four times daily in water or milk.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C, in an airtight container.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children.

Patients on potassium-sparing diuretics.
This product contains a high percentage of alcohol.
Side effects and special precautions:
Bruindulsies should be administered with caution to patients with renal or adrenal insufficiency. Large doses may cause hyperkalaemia.
Known symptoms of overdosage and particulars of its treatment:
Hyperkalaemia may occur after excessive doses. The use of the medicine must be stopped and the doctor is to be contacted. Treatment of acute poisoning with alcohol should include hydration with intravenous fluids, control of nausea and vomiting, and correction of electrolyte imbalances, such as hypomagnesaemia. Protection of the airway is crucial and ventilation may be required in cases of respiratory depression.
