Usage instructions:
Directions for use: Adults and children 12 years and older: serving size = 30g (2 level scoops). Recommended servings: take 1-2 per day. Add 30g (2 level scoops) of powder to 200 ml of milk or water and blend, shake or stir. If product is not consumed directly after reconstitution, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
Storage instructions:
Keep his product in a cool (under 25 degrees C), dry (below 65% humidity) and ventilated place to extend shelf life. Store away from direct sunlight. After opening and resealing this product, it should be used within one month. Do not refrigerate.

Love it!
I drink it every morning and make a fruit smoothy. It tastes great and especially the Vanilla has a great taste combined with fruit. I definitely recommend it.

Lifegain really works
I tried lifegain nutritional shake strawberry flavour because I lost my appetite due to pregnancy. I could not eat and vomited every time I force myself to eat when I was a few months pregnant. I began to be always tired and I had nausea every day. When I did my blood test the doctor told me that my red blood cells are very low. I tried lifegain advanced supplement shake and within a week I felt a lot of difference. I regain my strength and the morning sicknesses got better. My appetite also improved. This product work wonders for me as I was very worried about the health of my unborn baby and myself. I just wished it was able to solve my constipation problem which I hv had for year, bt hey even though it did not help me with constipation it helped me regained my strength and my red blood cell count improved. I recommend this product to any pregnant woman struggling to eat because of loss of appetite and to anyone who needs a boost in his health. I dont regret spending money on it.
