How to use
Usage instructions:
1. Use twice daily, after thoroughly brushing your teeth. 2. 20 ml dose, equivalent to 4 teaspoons. 3. Rinse around your mouth for 30 seconds. 4. Use undiluted. 5. Do not swallow. 6. For persons aged 12 years and older. 7. Refrain from eating and drinking for half an hour post-rinsing.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool (at or below 25°C) place away from direct sunlight.

i started using Listerine after i realized that i have got bleeding gums and once i started using the product i could literally feel the difference. it cured my bleeding gums and gives me fresh breath. i would recommend this to anyone with the same problem.
