Composition: Each 15 ml contains: Thiamine hydrochloride - 4.5mg. Riboflavine sodium phosphate - 1.5mg. Nicotinamide - 15mg. Pyridoxine hydrochloride - 1.0mg. Potassium glycerophosphate - 75mg. Sodium glycerophosphate - 75mg. Copper sulphate - 0.06mg. Caffeine anhydrous - 150mg. Extract of liver - 100mg. Preservatives: Sodium benzoate - 0.2% m/v. Alcohol - 15.0% v/v. Usage instructions:
Dosage and directions for use: Adults: 1 or 2 medicine measures (5 to 10 ml) morning and early afternoon, or as prescribed by a doctor. Children under 12 years of age: only as prescribed by a doctor.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C. Protect from light.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Contraindications: Liviton elixir is contraindicated in diabetic patients, alcoholics and pregnant women. It should be given with care to patients with a history of peptic ulceration. Side effects and special precautions: Nausea, headache and insomnia. Known symptoms of overdosage and particulars of its treatment: Large doses may cause restlessness, excitement, muscle tremor, tinnitus, scintillating scotoma, tachycardia and extrasystoles. In severe overdosage, the stomach should be emptied by inducing emesis or by aspiration.
