Starting at the Cupid's bow, gently trace the natural outline of your lips. For a fuller look, draw slightly outside your natural lip line. Apply lipstick (optional): Apply your chosen lipstick over the liner. Choose a shade that complements or matches the liner. Remove with the Garnier Micellar Water.
