Usage instructions:
When breastfeeding is not possible, this bottle may be used to give expressed breast milk or prepared infant formula to your baby. Always wash your hands before preparing feeds & feeding your baby. Before first use, wash thoroughly and sterilise. Always wash immediately after each use. Keep the teat in a dry & covered container. Before sterilising, wash bottles and accessories thoroughly in warm, soapy water to ensure all milk deposits are removed. Squeeze the teat to ensure any residual milk has been removed. Sterilise by immersing in a feeding bottle sterilising solution according to the manufacturer's instructions. Before first use, place in boiling water for 5 minutes to ensure hygiene. Where there is some venting valve system in the bottle or teat, no brush or similar cleaning aid should be inserted in valves as that may damage the valve function. It should only be cleaned by rubbing with hands in soapy water.
Warnings:
Do not attempt to enlarge the teat hole, as this will cause tearing. All teats wear out, especially when the child has teeth. Never heat a sealed bottle in a microwave oven. Although not recommended, if you wish to warm the feed using a microwave oven, remove the disc, teat, cap and cover before heating. Keep all components not in use out of child's reach. Feeding teats must not be used as dummies/ soothers/ pacifiers. This feeding bottle has been tested to ensure that it can be effectively sterilised in all leading makes of standard steam sterilisers and dishwashers. Do not drop the teat in sweet substances (syrups, honey, jam, etc), as this may lead to tooth decay and may also damage the teat. Never leave the teat in direct sunlight. Do not clean or allow to come into contact with solvents or harsh chemicals, This could result in damage. If you are breastfeeding your baby, using a feeding bottle and teat may interfere with the baby's natural way of suckling your breast. Always use this product with adult supervision. Feeding teats must not be used as dummies/ soothers/ pacifiers
