How to use
Usage instructions:
Remove pad from plastic wrapper and peel paper away from adhesive strip. Centre pad over the nipple with adhesive strip away from the body and attach pad to inside of bra. To prevent irritation and to provide maximum comfort and protection, change pads frequently. Dispose of used breast pads with household waste - do not dispose of in toilet.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place.

Nursing bra vs Pads
Easy to use but adhesive not strong enough for going on and off with nursing bras, they fall off too easy. Absorption is excellent though.

Wouldnt recommend for moms with heavy leaks, the glue is almost none existent, the pads tear up when they get full and also leak, very inconvenient you would have to change it every 2 hours
