Directions:
Adults only: squeeze gel into hand and apply the gel at the back of neck during or before a hot flush or night sweat episode. Do not rub the gel, apply lightly by hand for fast effective relief.
Other information:
Adults only: apply hot flush gel as and when needed. Best time is early in the morning and before bedtime, as a preventative, or during the hot flush and or night sweet episode.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool place.
Store at 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C).

Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin.
Do not use with other ointments, creams or sprays.
