How to use:
There are two ways to use the massager: Place your foot on the roller, hold it for a few seconds, and then release or roll your foot back and forth. Apply more pressure to increase the intensity of the massage. Do not increase the pressure above your comfort levels. Massaging supports blood circulation and muscle pain relief.
Care instructions:
Wipe with a damp cloth and allow to air-dry.
