Adults 18 years and older. Take one (1) capsule per day, after breakfast with a glass of water. Children: Use in children under the guidance of a relevant healthcare practitioner.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep all medicines out of reach of children

Do not use if known hypersensitivity or allergies exist towards any of the ingredients, if you suffer from liver disease, peptic ulcer disease, have cobalamin or cobalt hypersensitivity, or are taking retinoids. Use with caution if you have a history of oxalate kidney stones or non-melanoma skin cancer. Do not use after the expiry date. Check the expiry date on the unit.
