Usage instructions:
Dosage and direction for use:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Adults 12 years and older:
Take one to two capsules per day, after a meal, with a glass of water.
Storage instructions:
Store below 25 degrees C. Store away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Warnings:
Do not use when known sensitivity or allergy exists towards any of the ingredients. Do not use this product when pregnant or lactating because it contains cascara sagrada. Do not use in cases of acute: intestinal inflammation, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting or if you have an intestinal obstruction. Do not use after date of expiry. See expiry date on unit. Absolutely love and live by this...does wonders for my gut..even though it says to take 2 capsules, taking 1 capsules does the job just as well...
