How to use
Usage instructions:
Directions: Slide footie onto foot like a sock. Can be worn in most footwear or without shoes. Remove from your skin for at least 3-4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe. Care: Hand wash and air dry completely. If gel becomes tacky, sprinkle with talcum powder.
Warnings:
Do not place on an open wound. If product causes irritation, discomfort or poor circulation occurs, discontinue use and notify your physician. If you have diabetes, neuropathy, or poor circulation, consult a medical professional before using. Remove gel from feet for at least 3-4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

So disappointed! wore it for the first time today, when I got home both footies were torn in half, absolutely terrible! will not recommend!
