Usage instructions:
Use in the shower or as a soothing bubble bath. For a vaginal douche dilute 5ml cleanser in 250ml water.Suitable for ladies of all ages. Gentle enough for babies, invalids and pets!For extra comfort:Apply a Nature Fresh personal lubricant after washing. Also put this gel on tampons to ease insertion or use it on cotton wool to swab or cleanse when you are unable to wash.

Brilliant Product
Ive been using this for many, many years and even though the price has almost tripled since I first bought it, I will not use another feminine wash. It even re-balances the pH during and after my monthly.
