Preparation: 1. Wash your hands before preparing baby's formula. 2. Wash bottle, teat and cap thoroughly until no milk remains. 3. Boil for 5 minutes. Leave covered until use. 4. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes; allow to cool for 20 minutes. 5. Consult feeding table; pour exact amount of lukewarm water into boiled bottle. 6. Only use scoop (must be level) provided. 7. Consult feeding table; add exact number of level scoops for age of baby. 8. Shake bottle until powder is fully dissolved and feed immediately. 9. Close tin tightly after each use and store it in a cool, dry place. Feeding table: Quantity per feed - no. of feeds per day: Age of infant - previously boiled water in ml* - number of measuring scoops** - formula - other foods. 1st and 2nd weeks - 90 - 3 - 6 -. 3rd and 4th weeks - 120 - 4 - 5 -. 1 month old - 150 - 5 - 5 -. 2 and 3 months old - 180 - 6 - 5 -. 4 and 5 months old - 210 - 7 - 5 -. 6 months - 210 - 7 - 4-3 - 1-2***. *To maintain the number of living cultures, the boiled water must be cooled down to about body temperature before adding the powder. ** Note: use only the enclosed scoop.
