Use with each shampoo wash:
After your shampoo wash, apply a generous amount to palm of hand.
Gently massage into full length of hair from scalp to tip.
Leave for 2 - 3 minutes.
Gently rinse off with luke warm water.
For best results, use in conjunction with Nu-Hair® treatments shampoo.

I use this conditioner along with the shampoo and the combinations is great. The conditioner has a de-tangling effect and leaves my hair ready for immediate styling.
