How to use
Usage instructions:
Take 2 capsules twice a day, 20 minutes prior to breakfast and again 20 minutes prior to lunch. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 4 capsules within a 24 hour period. Assess Tolerance: Day 1: Take 1 capsule once daily. Days 2-3: Take 2 capsules once daily. Day 4-beyond: As above.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place below or at 25°C.
