Usage instructions:
To assess individual tolerance, refer to the table below. Take 2 capsules twice a day, 20 minutes prior to breakfast and again 20 minutes prior to lunch. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 4 capsules within a 24 hour period.

O Love this product ,no side effects .Also does not interfere with my chronic meds, I have lost 3 kilograms of water weight and my stomach shrink and I feel light and less bloated
