How to use

Usage instructions:
Directions: Immediately after shampooing with Palmer's® Cocoa Butter Formula® length retention shampoo, apply biotin pack generously and work through hair from root to tip and allow to penetrate for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. For best results: Use with Palmer's® Cocoa Butter Formula® length retention leave-in conditioner.
