Usage instructions:
Directions: After shampooing with Palmer's® Cocoa Butter Formula® Length Retention Shampoo, apply generously to wet hair and work through hair from root to tip and allow to penetrate 2-3 minutes or as desired. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. For best results: use with Palmer's® Cocoa Butter Formula® Length Retention Leave-In Conditioner.
