Directions:For best results, apply evenly once daily or as often as necessary to achieve the desired level of color. Wash hands after use.

This product really does wonders. Especially after winter and you want a boost of a bronze looking light tan.
I reccomend this product, after applying the next day I already saw a major difference. The only tip I would give is make sure you spread it nice and evenly and treat it more like a self tanner than a cream.
