Add 300 ml - 500 ml of cold water to your shaker or water bottle. Add 1 sachet of peak amino energy (11 g). shake for 10 seconds. Mixing tips: using a few blocks of ice will make your peak amino energy more refreshing! When to take: peak amino energy can be taken daily when required and before exercise.
