How to use
Usage instructions:
Take one multivitamin and mineral tablet (purple) and one omega-3 soft gel capsule (clear yellow capsule) daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare provider. The daily dosage can be taken together, or incrementally throughout the day. The dosage remains the same for multiple (twins, triplets, etc) pregnancies
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C. Protect from sunlight and moisture. Store the blister strips in the outer carton.

Hi! There are side effects to taking too many vitamins. As someone who took this supplement I feel it’s my duty to share that I had some issues as I did not consult my practitioner or do my own research. I don’t think there is anything wrong with this! I think it should be taken with awareness of already existing daily dietary regimes & avoid excess, as there are risks associated.

Not for breastfeeding moms
Preg omega plus contains Vit B6 which blocks lactation, I am struggling to breastfeed my baby I am devastated and heart broken.

Helpful for those struggling to conceive
I was struggling to conceive for 5 years. I had accepted that I was infertile. I bought this just for my feminine health because it’s a very good combination of micronutrients. I fell pregnant within 2 months, I was halfway through my second box so I had been using the pill for approximately 6 weeks before I fell pregnant. I highly recommend combining with a healthy dairy-free keto diet and regular exercise- A 30-minute daily walk will do.

It helps me overcome constipation.

The best prenatal vitamin ever
I started using this as soon as I found out I was pregnant,which was quite early and I must say the omega3 capsules made me a bit nauseous but the pharmacist advised that I take them just before naptime,which helped a lot. This is the best prenatal and antenatal vitamin on the market,my daughter is super healthy all thanks to it.
