Usage instructions:
1. Wash your hands & the utensils you need. 2. Put 7 tablespoons (30g) of cereal into a clean bowl. 3. Add about 160ml (just over 2/3 cup) of the milk that you are currently feeding your baby and mix well.
Storage instructions:
Unopened: store in a cool, dry place. Opened: seal bag after use to retain freshness.
Warnings:
Do not keep unfinished portion. Never leave baby alone with food or drink
